hey 3.3.0 firmware shows the album cover once, I turn it on again, then it no longer shows the album cover
Out of interest, are you using a Mac to organise your music? and do you move files around from the default location Apple put them in?

So you’re not pre-analysing the files in the desktop software? its a direct load?

You say the files have not been analysed but then you say 3.1.1 no problem, which implies that you loaded (and therefore analysed) the files in 3.1.1 - or are these files not same ones that worked in 3.1.1?
Also, what format are the files? Where did you get them?
[mp3 format, the music is from beatport, 3.1.1 shows the cover, not 3.3.0 and it is only copied to usb
I can’t reproduce it here, but I don’t have any files from Beatport.
Can you try a file from another source (not Beatport) to see what happens?
