I just purchased the Denon Prime 2 and in standalone everything works perfectly, However once i connect to Virtual DJ i can no longer hear anything threw the cue on the Headphones.
so when the knob is on master i can hear , but when its o cue nothing is heard.
Maybe it depends on the VDJ settings.

See I have the prime 4 as well and it works perfectly on that with my current settings
The Prime 2 should be plug & play with VDJ, so VDJ should detect the controller and ask if you want to use the audio interface. At that point you need to click ‘yes’.
Even if you somehow miss that, with the controller connected there should be a dedicated audio config button that you can click to set things correctly.
If all else fails, the correct audio setup is detailed in the VDJ setup guide for the Prime 2.
One important thing to check is that your computer OS is not using the Prime as a default audio interface.
