Hi, on my third event with the new Prime 4+ console, after 2 hours of playing, the hd display on the jogwheel turned off. The jogwheel responded to touch, scratch, but the display is dark. After reboot it worked again, I attach a link to the video.
Has this happened to anyone?
ive got a 4+ and my last gig was an 8 hour party. had no such issue.
Anything can go wrong … even Apple, Microsoft, Rolls Royce, Cadillac etc have spare parts departments and service warranties etc - looks like your right jog wheel display may need a replacement or a cable reconnecting.
On a side note, I find these videos with a hand trying to silently express “Look ! Look ! Why? Why?” to score highly in terms of hand acting

The jogwheel screen is a great feature. But I must admit, I never look at it.
Usually intermittent jogwheel screen issues are a sign of faulty or just loose flat cable that connects them to the board. Since your unit is brand new, it would be stupid to do anything on your own when it is under warranty - contact the store where you bought it from and let them open it up, even if it’s just to make sure the cable is properly seated on the connector points.
