Looks cool, but I just read on the manufacturer’s website that this device costs 240 dollars😅

There are other solutions, such as … A laptop can do the conversion. Link to midi bridge, an android app, Akai Force and Akai MPC One over a network can, probably other Akai gear can too. The Denon X1800 and X1850 both have midi sync out, as well as sending midi messages. The now, out of production, Pioneer EFX1000 can measure beat and send a midi sync pulse… Just be aware if using Ableton Link that you need a wireless network. The Bome Box cannot. Each have their pro’s and cons.
