I have a issue my prime 4 + didn’t turn on ,try to open it ,and get if there noting wrong or component that has damage i,I found a small capacitor missing on the the sound card board i dnt know if it call capacitor , is it the cause the prime 4 didn’t power on ,any guy are expert in electronic can help me out pls plus is it able to fix it back on then board ?
Hey, this capacitor is only for your audio signal, has nothing to do with the power or booting up. Check the power supply, fuse, main board.

No, this one is a capacitor.
Power supply looks different, because I took a picture of a power supply where Fuse is more visible. On yours it’s under the heat sink.
it ok now i think there is a loose connection ,now it power up thank u god 
plus anyone having probs with the play button that time i hav to press hard to play it feel like it nt respond fast there is a way to fix it replace it
