After I sent my Prime 4 in to be looked at for repairs… I was then contacted by Asurion several days later.
Asurion had decided to refund me the full purchase price via a Guitar Center gift card or Check.
They really came through and the whole process was very easy. Everyone I had spoken to at Asurion was really nice.
I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend the Guitar Center Pro Warranty through Asurion.
It’s absolutely worth it! 100%
