So unfortunately my Prime 4 is having some issues.
I have the 60 month extended Pro Warranty through Guitar Center using Asurion and have started the claim process.
I will be doing a follow up review for those that may be interested in this warranty. .

I would hope they would be sending it to birdbrains in Reno for the warranty repair.
The return label has it going to ASURION Protection Plan in New York.
I would think it will first get looked at and then a decision made on what to do with it at that point?
Oof. I don’t know what Asurion’s process is. My assumption would be that an adjuster at asurion will assess damages, see if they are covered under the purchased warranty, then either send it for repair or arrange a replacement once approved.

After I sent my Prime 4 in to be looked at for repairs… I was then contacted by Asurion several days later.
Asurion had decided to refund me the full purchase price via a Guitar Center gift card or Check.
They really came through and the whole process was very easy. Everyone I had spoken to at Asurion was really nice.
I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend the Guitar Center Pro Warranty through Asurion.
It’s absolutely worth it! 100%
