Grid adjust & EL stopped working

Engine OS Version: (1.2, 1.3.1, etc…) 2.1.1

Steps to Reproduce: (Turn on unit, press button X, etc…) played for about half an hour

Expected Result: (ex: It does X…) Engine light should keep working and if I press and hold the grid adjust button I should be able to adjust the grid :slight_smile: EL kept working on the second player. Only the Master Player with the DMX dongle stopped working with EL and beat grid adjusting.

Actual Result: (ex: It does Y…) Engine light stopped working and when I tried to adjust the grid and wasn’t able to do that. I press the knob but the white ring didn’t start to flush.

Reproducibility: (ex: Happens 1 out of 10 times.) 1/10

Other Relevant Configuration Info: (ex: Plugged into a Windows 10 laptop.) x1850

I was just loading a song to the player and did the transition.
