It appears that beat sync works just about ok but quantise is absolutely useless, neither the hot cues are quantised, I’m starting to regret buying prime 4 as it’s been at least 3 years since it’s been released and basic features aren’t sorted GLOBAL QUANTISE !!
The hot cues are quantised. They drop in perfectly on the beat at the quantitation value that you choose.
Are you talking about the temporary cue? They aren’t quantised on most softwares out there (which is good). I couldn’t think of anything worse than the CUE button being rigid.

Your quantize depends also on the beat grid. If the beat grid is off beat, then quantize will also be.
