I am playing my own productions on a Denon SC6000M. I would like to mix my tracks into stems using my DAW (resulting in WAV or AIFF files) and generate Engine DJ stems files from these. Is there any information on the format of the stem files? Or, even better, some tool supporting the generation of stems containers?
Hi Andreas and welcome to the forum. 
I believe the stems are locked in some proprietary format so they cannot be played outside of the Denon ecosystem, which in turn means that you cannot import your own stems or use any other kind of stems package i.e. Traktor’s open standard.
It would be nice if there was a “Denon stems creator” tool, or if the option to create/convert was part of Engine DJ, but IMO the chances of that happening are slim to none.
