Can the prime 4 have a setting to reset fx when a new track is loaded.
No, at least not at the moment
Why not see if someone’s asked for this already in the feature request section of the forum
If they have already, then add your like to thair request form
If there’s no requests for it yet,then you can make a request using the blank preset request form
