I just bought a Denon Prime Go, I’m having a problem loading some tracks, the message “file unavailable”, then the track turns red and doesn’t load.
Does anyone know if there’s anything I can do to make the file readable, because in Recordbox and standalone Pioneer, these tracks play normally.
There could be an update to fix the tracks.
Are these tracks on the USB/Media you have plugged into the device?
What happens if you use the same media in your PC with Engine DJ? (Could be that they are not being recognised by the Database…)
A screenshot may be helpful (and the version of the software you are running?)
Are the tracks of a readable format.
Do the tracks show as red in engine??
Try reanalyzing the tracks in engine.
Obtain a different copy and try that.
