Dear Engine DJ Development Team,
I am a dedicated user of the Denon DJ SC Live 4, and I am writing to share some feedback regarding the Engine DJ Desktop software. As someone who puts a lot of care into track preparation, there are two features that would significantly improve my workflow and the experience of many other DJs.
1. Adjustable Font Size (Accessibility) I would like to request an option to adjust the font size within the library and tracklist views. Even with glasses, I find it difficult to read the text on high-resolution screens. Being able to increase the font size would make the software much more accessible and reduce eye strain during long preparation sessions.
2. Dedicated “Preparation” List I would love to see a “collector” or “preparation” panel, similar to the “Prepare” feature in Serato. Currently, I have to create and delete temporary playlists to filter tracks before final sorting, which is a bit cumbersome. A temporary holding area for selected tracks would make organizing sets much faster and more intuitive.
I believe these additions would make Engine DJ even more competitive, especially for those of us coming from other platforms like Traktor or Serato.
