Failed to Load error from Beatport?!

Hi all,

Bought tunes from Beatport today. One tune does not show up in Engine Prime. It is highlighted in red and says, Failed to Load Track. File Unavailable. The track works in my PC library and on Rekordbox when I loaded it there to check. I deleted completely and redownloaded and still have the same scenario? Any ideas?

it´s the ó which let the file fail. Just convert the Filename to only normal charakters like “aeiou”. if there are special charakter sets used in filename, Engine os fail to load those files. It´s knowing by denon, hope they will fix it anytime …
