My contour setting is no longer working on my prime 4 plus.. no matter what setting I select it fades the track rather than being able to cut the track making cutting tunes and scratching completely impossible! Has anyone else had this issue that could help me with a fix.. current software up to date

I’ve found a fix , I reinstalled the latest update but the inno mini is a defo investment.. the stock fader ain’t that great to be fair
