Hi. How can i factory reset if my touchscreen isnt working? Tried updating and still the same issues.

Was the screen working right up unt the moment of the firmware update, but stopped working instantly after the firmware update?
Firmware update was complete. Running the latest version. Screen just frozen. Stuck at the wifi login. Wont let me drag down from the top. Reinstalled the latest version and nothinv. Just the wifi log on screen.
So, since the last firmware update, the unit hasn’t been usable at all?
If you upgraded the firmware from an attached computer, have you disconnected the computer now?
Hi. No sorry. The firmware was updated when the update was first available. Just turned it on last night and was unresponsive.
So there’s been a few weeks since the firmware update was done, that everything worked just fine , before the screen stopped showing the normal things ?
Yeah it was working fine last week. Tried it on Saturday night and nothing.
As it has been working fine for a week - it’s really unlikely to be firmware - most likely leads or a hardware fault
It’s worth replacing the mains lead between the wall power socket and your Prime - wierd things happen when the earth/ground connection to the prime isn’t strong enough
Also , if you haven’t done so already , try the device in diffeeent locations - some venues have really poor grounding -
