Hello,
what are your settings ; EQ, crossover, And average mid, low, high setting. Is it most of the time on 12 o clock or?

When mixing a new track in, I usually start with bass in the leftmost position and mids and highs a 10 o’clock and then sweep them (starting with mids and highs) to the center position and then switch the bass frequencies at a feasible mixing point.
I rarely go over 12 o’clock, especially with the bass.
