Havent used Serato in yrs so it took me a moment to realize i cant use the software w/ my sc6000/x1850 cuz the whole library is crashing on analyzation due to apparent corrupt files issue. but its the WHOLE library which is just fine in Engine Desktop/ OS…any help much appreciated thanx

Could it be a Database problem?
Try killing Serato, locate and rename the database directory, relaunch Serato and try analyzing files.
rename database in serato? so i try that and when i open it i see that its reading tags for the library and when it finishes i try to analyze and it just crashes everytime. i can see alot are getting bpm read but no key info. and always crashes. serato wants me to remove the files but that is not an option cuz its all files. im stumped
Post about this in a Serato community. Maybe Someone there has dealt with that.
I just moved on to Virtual DJ instead. No problems with library plus it uplaods alot of artwork that shows up on the deck which is cool. plus my laptop wasnt compatible for stems in serato but i can work stems so i think i found a new home in VDJ
