So a couple of weeks ago I started using a Mixstream Pro+ and so have been trying to set up my music in Engine DJ for desktop (WIN10) and was working fine. I haven’t touched it since the first time, and now I’m just frozen on the “initialising“ screen, opens the main window, but it’s just white and does nothing - never fully loads, and I have to ctl+alt+del to get out of the software. I’ve tried restarting my computer, deleting the Database2 folder out of the Engine Library folder on my C drive, uninstalling and reinstalling EDJ and nothing has worked. Anyone else having this issue, or know how I can fix it? TIA
Uninstall the Microsoft redistributables 2015 to 2022 (I think) reboot your PC and try again.
