Post audio. I worked at Skywalker Sound for 20+ years. Fun fact from that film. Director Mike Judge still owes me a dollar that he borrowed to buy a soda out of machine. He would’ve paid me back but I told him the story is worth more than the dollar. We also set up a mic on the mix stage for him to fly in some background vocals and he proceeded to run through various character voices from Beavis & Butthead and King of the Hill to warm up his voice. Priceless.
This is actually the wrong way around. Fast Startup is used when you select Shutdown. It closed applications and logs you out, then saves itself to a file and turns the power off, when you turn on, it reloads the previous state. Selecting Restart forces it to unload all of the software and shutdown completely and the restart takes longer than a normal startup as it has to load everything.
