I noticed that since I updated to 4.3.0, engine dj exports the whole library to the same drive, even if only 1 track is added. The only thing that I’ve been doing differently is that I load tracks from rekordbox. For example I edit track info in rekordbox, I start engine dj and then I move the tracks to my engine dj collection. For some reason, when I do this and export to my usb, it takes hours, although I just added 10 tracks to one playlist and the laste export to the same drive was just before that.
Does this happen when you start with a clean database and only add one playlist, one song to Engine and export? Or is this strictly an issue when using Rekordbox as the input?
I just saw that it even happens if i click export to drive right after the export has finished. It i remember correctly this wouldn’t happen, at least at the previous version..
Doesn’t happen to me, though I don’t export rekordbox library. Might be that some song has some weird characters in its name/metadata which you’ve recently added and Engine OS fails to export it fast and thus gets stuck? That’s just my guess, also I would try to disable Rekordbox integration and try exporting like that (then you can enable it again)
