Hello everyone, the error appears on a deck and. it doesn’t come out of there I click on restart and nothing comes back there any idea what that could be that doesn’t do anything either by updating the firmware.
This is what appear on the screen: The unit was enable to create a local storage.Please clock the Restart button bellow to restart the player. If the problem persists, please contact customer support on Support | Engine DJ

Re-install the software on Your deck.
i have the same problem. I don’t know how to solve it. 
I try but when I connect the Deck for USB dont do nothing , The installer in the PC just said SC5000 SC Prime is not detected.
Did You put the deck in the software update mode for the installer to see it?
yes i did that but then when that finish dont work any botton and nothing just the touch screen and appear one error > The following peripherals did not come online during boot > Controller > Display. Update FW or Ignore…
