Engine DJ 4.0 update does not recognize external hard drive

Hello, I updated Engine DJ 4.0 on my Macbook Pro (Sonoma 14.5) after the software stopped recognizing the external hard drive (SSD) in SYNC MANAGER.

Check in the Mac privacy settings that engine DJ has full access to drives

I’m actually having a similar issue on windows, since updating to Engine 4 Windows does not recognize the internal SSD of my Prime 4 anymore…?

Is it Windows itself or Engine DJ that doesn’t recognize your prime 4’s internal storage?

Does the device show up at all in Disk Management?
