Ecler due to release a new mixer in Feb 22

I can’t wait to see what it is. They are now my only hope for a proper 2+1 battle mixer.

The Nuo 2.0 was the apple of my eye way back. I hope the will make the same types of mixers and not button boxes.

The last couple seconds provide a clue …

Yeah I saw it. But I don’t think they’ll stop there.

What…What?!? That’s awesome!!

I was just saying in a subreddit post how much I miss the Rane, Ecler, and A&H when they were manufactured in western countries…they definitely had better build quality/reliability. Don’t care if Y’all agree or disagree with that statement. I owned all three of them back then. In my experience, the hand built mixers from yesteryear were much better. That said, I wonder if the new Eclers are still going to be manufactured in Spain?

Yes please. I’ve never owned one but used a nuo4 (I think it was called) at the club many many years ago. Felt great to mix on and had smooth chunky EQs. It wasn’t the club’s either. It belonged to a DJ playing that night whom allowed everyone to use it gracefully. Unfortunately I never got to play on it again but I’ve longed for a chance for it to happen once more.

If they’re making a comeback then I’ll be looking their way for sure. My head is turned.

Ah yes the RANE of Spain. FYI a lot of manufacturers are changing some production plants away from China to Portugal and Spain in order to be less reliant to shipping issues and now the pandemic. What’s old is new again.

I had an Evo4 for a while which I had completely forgot about until seeing this post. It was a nice mixer in many respects but the EQ frequencies were kind of strange, and it was hard to get a clean mix sometimes, so I switched back to Pioneer. :man_shrugging:

Probably the best part was its looks!

And those Wet/Dry Faders…ALWAYS LOVED that 'ish on my Korg Zero4. Such a fun way to engage EFX.

Yeah the EFX were good times. :sunglasses:

The evo4 was made for sampling and efx.

I’m thinking about getting the warm2 probably cause it’s the cheapest of the bunch for a rotary.

I just finished playing around with my dn-x600 and my loopstation cause I wanted to post a video on how mixers should be made to use samplers and efx properly. Not many mainstream dj mixers can even though it’s a claimed feature. When I can get the presentation down to 30 seconds I’ll post it.

Check it out also with some analogs

I was really really hoping the headphone out could be routed to the Booth out like the SCLAT (highly under rated feature for DJ mixers). But you can configure the output level.

Got some bad news if you’re in the US…I sent them an email to get a quote for shipping, as I was going to buy a Warm2 as something to use whilst waiting for my Condessa to be made (gonna’ take nearly a year). Turns out they are only shipping to the EU at this time.

When I placed it in the cart, and went to input shipping info, in the drop down menu there was no option for the United States. Then, I noticed at the bottom of the main page it’s states something like, if you are outside of the EU, please email to get a shipping quote… well, you saw the reply.

Ecler is shipping to retailers in the EU from there you can buy it and get it shipped to your country. The link I posted was from a retailer not Ecler. I might grab one around October.

I take it your gonna get one.

Yeah, but if I buy from a European country, would my warranty still be valid?

Yeah, I changed my mind for the stated reason. But, this is a completely new territory for Ecler. I want to make sure that warranty covers any issues that may arise.
