Dropbox "Database not found" error

I am setting up a new PRIME GO to use Dropbox with an SD card. I used the Sync Manager in Engine DJ to sync my Engine Library Playlists to my personal Dropbox account. I can see an “Engine Library” directory in the main directory of my dropbox account. However, on my PRIME GO, there are no playlists showing up. And I just set up dropbox integration for the first time. I can see my dropbox files using the “Folder” icon in the menu on the hardware. When I go to the source menu, hit the gear icon next to Dropbox, and click “Fetch” next to “Upgrade to Latest Database”, it returns an error, saying “Database not found” and “There was a problem finding the database.” I assume this is why it can’t load my playlists.

I have gone through the whole setup process several times, including making sure to close Engine DJ and let dropbox finish syncing before setting it up on my PRIME GO, but I always have the same problem.

Has anybody else had this issue? Any suggestions? Thanks!

I have the same issue.

Tried several times but no luck

Did you find a solution? I’m now on version 4.2 and still unable to unable to find the database.

Oh crap. Just found that the prime is linked to one Dropbox account and the laptop to another. Didn’t even realise I had two accounts. Unbelievable.
