Dropbox "account is unverified or disabled" message on Prime 4

I have just set up a Dropbox account and added the Prime 4 to it under ‘Connected Apps’. I’m logged in to the account on the PC, I can see that Engine OS is linked, I have downloaded the desktop software and installed it - so why am I getting this message?

It was set up by following the link provided on the Prime 4 screen, and entering the code. As far as I’m aware, I’ve done nothing wrong.

Testing Dropbox with multiple accounts

Hi, Just upgraded to version 1.6. for Prime 4 and Engine Prime. Did some testing with Dropbox. Had the Windows Dropbox software installed on my system. I first activated this functionality via the Webpage https://enginedj.com/dropboxauth with the code shown on the Prime 4 console. this was done when being logged into Dropbox with user1/password1, which worked fine. As another test, I did set up a 2nd Dropbox account (user2/password2) which I also activated with a code shown on the prime 4 consol…

I got to the bottom of it myself. Some time later I happened to check my emails and found one from Dropbox wanting me to verify the address.

It would have been preferable to be notified of this requirement during the process.
