Windows 11, latest updates
Tried the manual extract and bin folder steps in other (closed) threads but no dice
Waited, restarted, ran as admin - no luck
Is there a manual way to download and install this file?
If not, is it a known temp server issue, or are there permissions I need to alter my end?
