so my work around for this issue is: have some logic coded inside python script that it would reconnect link to prime4 when its 0 members…and if ther a bpm change python script will send API call to Resolume to set new BPM.
Found this thread because I could not believe the Staqelink protocol can’t give us the bpm 
My workaround for the x1850 is a normal usb-b Kabel in the port and connect it to the pc. Now I have the midi clock
