I read somewhere there was a way to find out how long has this mixer DN-X1700 been used. Some sort of key/touches/button that should display the number of used hours.

For that mixer first needs to be started in service mode and then you just browse through options available in the screen, including the counter for working hours.
Service manual where that is described is online so google is your friend.
