Steps to Reproduce: (Turn on unit, press button X, etc…) Turn on
Expected Result: (ex: It does X…) Blank without media or only visible cue point, actual point if media loaded
Actual Result: (ex: It does Y…) Light +4 LED (5-10% brightness) in circle X position
Reproducibility: (ex: Happens 1 out of 10 times.) 10/10 (another player does not produce)

Connection or board error?
I have not seen any traces on electronic components (burn, dirt, wet, etc.), but someone has taken it apart before, so the history is unknown.
The 4 led lighting is not distracting, just strange.
I’m not beginner in the PCB servicing, have service manual, self serviced if sufficient information receive.
