The jog wheel display of one of my SC5000 has completely crashed… The whole player itself is very slow, especially during starting up. It gives the message: display firmware wasn’t loaded and ask for firmware update, however: no succes. Is this really a hardware problem?
When did this happen? During or right after the firmware update? Did you try to update again? If this doesn’t help try to downgrade.
It happened while playing I guess, I tried everything after: update, downgrade etc. but the screen stays stuck
