Different LAYER icona for LAYER A & LAYER B

On display “Layer A” have different “LAYER B” icona (there is a square box and letter

I’m gonna take a guess at this one. Is this happening when you first turn on the decks and it layers are empty?

It seems like when the players are linked and no tracks are loaded you would expect the icon to look the way it is. You see deck 1 as “1” and deck 2 as “2” and should continue to look that way if you are only using one layer on each deck. It is expected to change once you start using layers.

Shift+Layer to switch from single to double layer and back. Layer 1A will only appear if you load a track into layer 1B. Otherwise it shows just the 1.

There is a discussion to have it only show 1, if single layer mode is active. Resulting in double layer mode to always show 1A.
