My Denon x1850 mixer all the sudden Chanel’s 2 3 4 volume jumps all over the place no smooth up and. Down and if you push it to the top it kinda echos out. Channel 1 works fine so now I have to leave everything an all 4 channeles all the way up and use the cross fader or use the gain kniob for channels 2 3 4 I’ve reached out to Denon half dozen times been on hold them disconnected and still. No help
That is definitely a hardware issue and will need to be sent back for repair unfortunately.

Out of curiosity, how often do you use to mixer? Just trying to establish the quality of the X1850 because I find it shocking personally.
My experience after 12 months of working with it just in the “living room” for about 4 hours per week:

Coverplate has scratches all over the place, where my fingers often just lay down…urgh…!

Contrary to the promises in advertising, two simultaneous USB streamming connections are not reliable, there are constant audio dropouts on USB 2
My conclusion: As soon as Pioneer becomes more available, I’ll switch back.
