I was just curious if there was a way to reach Denon, not INmusic. I sent in a SC6000m that was not working in HID mode, and they said they are not sure how to repair it. So they were going to send me a refurbished one, they dont know how old it is or what was originally wrong with it. The one i sent in is less then 3 months old. Doesnt seem very fair, and they have had it for almost 6 weeks.

Denon DJ is a brand name rather than a company. By communicating with InMusic you’re speaking to the only company able to assist.
It’s well worthwhile discussing the point of a factory refurbed unit being offered against a 3 month old unit, with InMusic.
Although a factory refurbed unit (with a suitable warranty to match your purchased units warranty of course) would be good imo.
There is a “Denon” company, which is separate from InMusic. However that is Denon of home hifi and similar product ranges, and doesn’t handle “Denon DJ” items or queries.
