Hi everyone. I recently purchased a New SCLive 4 used it about 10 times and today I just finished my set went away for a few minutes and reloaded some tracks and noticed the sound to the headphones stopped working.
Ive tried all the cue/mix and level knobs for the Headphones. Everything else appears to be working. Ive even tried a factory reset and then update again to the latest software and nothing.
I would really appriciate some feedback on this one, as I have many gigs lined up starting next month not to mention my Youtube channel and I need to be active.
Just an update to the community. It’s working again. Not sure for how long for but what I did if anyone encounters the same problem is (whilst the music is playing)!! I jammed my headphone jack back into the port, hard abd fast and it started working straight away. Sometimes on cell phones and my mac have done similar things so thought I would give it a go and it worked.
