I’ve been having this problem with the decks I’ve used with my engine dj account. For some reason, on both mine and someone else’s Denon SC Live 4, my playlists will not load or update. It will load a couple of playlists, but not all of them. They won’t show up at all, like they don’t exist. I have had minor (but inconsistent) successes with disconnecting engine from the controller AND Tidal and then logging out of everything, transferring my playlists back into tidal, downloading the playlists and reconnecting everything. This has loaded SOME of my playlists. I think this is an engine issue, as it seems to be no matter what controller I’m on, this keeps happening. I have a show coming up on Friday and really need this figured out. If anyone has any ideas, pls lmk!
