Hello, the Denon sc Live and Engine DJ app appear to be connected to a shared Wi-Fi network, but the Engine DJ software doesn’t appear on the sc Live screen, and I can’t use the controller at all. Unfortunately, it can’t connect. If this continues, I’ll sell the Denon sc Live 4. I won’t be buying a Denon again.
Try disabling one of your WiFi frequencies and ensure both devices are connected to the same one. E.G. 2.4ghz
I’m absolutely sure they’re both 2.4 GHz. I connected via my mobile phone, and it’s not syncing. I was able to use it before. I didn’t change my settings. Now I can’t connect. I’ve also tried with my modem, but I can’t connect. This is a very important issue.
Connected via your phone? What does that mean? Have you connected one to mobile phone network instead of LAN ?
Did you open the source drive list (by pressing Eject button or by selecting Source from the control panel menu) and see if your PC appears there?
I tried both and it didn’t work
I tried every possibility and it still wouldn’t connect.
No fix as yet as now my SCLIVE 4 is having the same issue I can’t even see a network then alone connect to one. Any help is appreciated
