Hi all. Is there any Denon diagnostic and repair shops near Middlesbrough at all? Dont ask me whats wrong with it. I do not know lol. Thanks in advance.
Hi Sawcased, there isn’t but Phase One in Darlington is an authorised retailer so they should be able to help you with sending it for repair. They do have a UK repair centre.
Which unit is it and is it still in warranty?
Its a denon prime 4. Ive seen a couple in london area. Im guessing thats the best i can do? Not in warranty.
I think mine went to Cambridge or somewhere, im sure the staff members who frequent will be able to tell you the best way of progressing it.
@Reese can you point him in the right direction on how to start a non warranty repair?
TBH, I don’t have that info. Support | Engine DJ would the normal route. Might not be the fastest method though.

Any idea what happened. Mine just died, lights turnnon within a second all off. Kept doing it. Warranty through dealer kicked in. Sent to germany, told motherboard gone. Still waiting 4 months later for its return 
mine had a platter problem and took 2 months to return, i think its just the supply chain issues that are plaguing all industries.
