Hello everyone, I recently read in a forum that there will soon be a new Denon Prime 4 update, Prime 4 V.2 or something, but unfortunately I can’t find this page anymore, I sold mine before Christmas and wanted to buy the white one since I read that I prefer to wait because it said that he should get exactly the same jog wheels as the SC6000 and I find them really cool but unfortunately too much money for 2 players otherwise I would very much like to get the SC6000. Since prime 4 are already from 2019 and are 3 years old, I already think that something new is coming, or has anyone heard anything because Nammshow22 is coming soon. or will denondj make an offer like back then with the sc5000 buy 2 and the x1800 for free, i.e. buy 2 sc6000 the x1850 for free?
They’ll never say what’s coming out.
The most advance notice you’ll get is a post about any new item, on the actual day of its release. Or possibly some useless “what’s under the blanket” waste of bandwidth.
If you wait for the next big thing, you’ll buy nothing.
it’s not about me waiting for the next big thing, it was just a question for the forum members, i’ve owned a lot of denon products, starting with the dn-2000, dn-6000, 9000 and also the s5000, s- 3500 & s-3700 and also mixers from denon, I just think the prime 4 is great too, only the jog wheels are a bit small and pioneer has already made something bigger with the Rev-7 and I think denon can do that too and that was the question
Denon/In-Music already did make an all-in-one with larger platters. They called in The Rane one.
As Denon and Rane are both owned by inMusic they’ll have a certain “assured diversity” so they’re not stepping on each other toes with gear features and marketplaces. Much in the same way that the new Numark devices work with Engine DJ software for track preparation - signs that inMusic have a bigger picture keenly focused on.
It appears that in music are looking at the long game in order to be the main industry standard equipment. This isn’t going to be an overnight mission it will take a few years to get clubs and hard-core pioneer djs to come over. But they seem to be going forwards all the time. Pioneer seem to think the future lies in cdj’s for some weird reason and seem to ignore the controller market. In music have embraced both worlds and bring out side by side products. Yes i totally agree there is work to do. But hopefully they take all our comments on board and will release an ultimate dj “machine” that really does just blow the others out of the market. They are in the right track with the prime series they just don’t move fast enough for some people’s impatience maybe around engine 3 they will be right up there. Probably about a year away, which isn’t that long when you look at the way the have built future proofing into.the units. We have to remember the prime series is literally built from the ground up, not just a re cased rebadged revision of an older unit.
A one know where I can buy denon dn d9000 cd players
I’m not replying to all three of your cut and paste posts of this same question. If you get stuck the DN-S5000 drives (slot in) will work
Thanks yea I had those as well in the past I’ll prob have to settle for those as more people have them still in good condition and I seen a few for sale the DN 9000 had more of a nostalgic memories for me that’s why I’m lookin for one
