huh, I’m seeing it on mobile now, but it truly wasn’t showing up anywhere on desktop. oh well.
I’m also having this issue, my touchscreen is spotty with the response, it takes multiple swipes or touches to confirm anything.
I thought maybe updating to 4.0.0 would help, but it hasn’t.
It’s odd, because it’s not completely unresponsive, but usually the first touch doesn’t work.
Is this still a known issue? I’m getting an unresponsive screen on startup. It seems to be ok once it’s warmed up. Thanks
The same thing keeps happening to me, the cold comes and it fails, they really can’t provide a solution, from what I see there are quite a few of us with the problem
I also have this issue with Prime 4+ that has unresponsive screen for at least the first boot. I have to pull the power cable and try it again to get it to work. Sometimes it’s 3 tries before it works. What is going on Denon?
Had this issue only once after a 5 hours gig in room temperature conditions running OS 4.2.0 on Prime 4+ which was a year old device, the touch screen stopped responding on the search screen after I’ve typed an artist and then it was not responding to any touches, and I was stuck on that artist search list of songs since using physical back buttons have a logic of being in a loop in the search field rather than returning to the Playlist view (I’ll report this issue/feature request later separately). Performed a hard shutdown with holding the power on/off button for 10 seconds.
Luckily it happened only once, but that was a nasty issue. Might be a power issue with bad electricity that caused the screen not responding, but I’m not an electrician to confirm this
