I have a Prime 4, bought used, and there is no sound coming out of anywhere, XLR, headphones, anything… The LEDs do light up and respond to the volume faders, but no audio comes out, not even the headphones. I have opened it up to try to see if a cable is disconnected, but all cables are connected. I’m up to the latest firmware, wifi works, USB works, just no sound output. Can I buy just the soundcard or mainboard, or can i replace the DAC/Audio chip? Yes i know it’s soldered on there.
