denon prime 4 no sound after 3.1.0 update the 2 mic lights lit on yellow no mic connected i was on 3.0 works fine just update to 3.1.0 at home and now has no sound at all still the mic yellow light is on after downgrade to 3.0. need help

Try to reset the unit to factory settings.

i did but it returned to 3.0

i also remove all the drives in the unit then i did the factory reset and yet in shows 3.0 and the problem ia the same

try to update again using pc or usb drive

I would update by USB mode;

Download the usb image and copy to the root of your USB stick/external media;

Do a factory reset using the menu on the unit;

Once it restarts, update using the menu and choose USB;

all update and downgrade where done via usb am trying to update it to 3.1.0 again now via usb and will let u all know what happen

also done that but problem still same why is the peak level for mic turns yellow when unit is fully on?

Im having this same issue after updating to the latest firmware version. No sound is coming out even though the channel levels are showing a signal, the mic section light was red with a high tone coming out from the main output regardless of using the XLR or RCA, after turning the mic attenuation down in settings the mic light stays on orange and only plays a high tone instead of the music even though the signal on the channel playing looks normal. Has anyone else encountered this issue on the prime 4? I did a search using Gemini and it said this problem is reported commonly by Prime 4 owners and to ask on here for potential solutions or if anyone has had this fixed and what component was causing it? I spoke to a Denon DJ repair center and they said no idea but they also added Denon products are notoriously difficult to repair in many cases. Can anyone help out with advice? Thanks.
