Denon Prime 4+ FX Screen Not Working

Hello,

Under the FX1 & 2, the screens above each of the 4 knobs no longer display any text.

It was working since I’ve upgraded to 3.3 but it has stopped working. I’ve tried factory resetting the Prime 4+ under Settings-> About/Update → Factory Reset and the problem still presents itself.

Is my Prime 4+ broken or is there some setting within the menu I need to adjust? Thanks

If you install the previous version (3.2.0), will the OLED displays work again?

Just take it along to an authorised service centre.
