Denon Prime 4+ Chanel 1 volume bleeding

Hi all ,

Ive been using the DENON Prime 4+ for almost a year , and its going all well. However , i have noticed recently that the volume is not completely cut , when turning the volume fader completely down. The music keeps bleeding even when the volume is lowered completely to zero . This is happening on one of the channels (#1), the other 3 channels are ok . Have anyone faced the same issue ? Is it a hardware or a software issue ? And what might be the fix for such problem .

Thank you ,

Jad

you can try to see if the problem is hardware by putting the console in computer mode, download the midimonitor app, connect the USB cable and see if there are any midi movements without touching the fader, in any case you can see if the fader values are like the others!

Some switch cleaner or compressed air may work. Try that first. Unlikely the fader is worn out after a year.
