Hello. I have a problem with my Denon Prime 4+, the button next to the browser, the BACK button, is no longer illuminated. I tried a factory reset, an older firmware, then the new one, from USB and then from the computer, but it still didn’t do anything. After a few hours I noticed that it turned on for a few seconds and then turned off again. How can I find a solution?
Sounds like a LED failure and will require service.
sorry is it expensive and the quality of the materials is bad?
