Have you tried to ohm it out to see what the resistance is? perhaps it’s an off-the-shelf part?

Dimensions in the photo! Their resistance is 500 kOhm for everyone! But the master and the volume of the headphones have the characteristic A (as in the photo 503A), and the one that is responsible for the volume of CUE/Master has a characteristic B (503B)

Hi, 503A is logaritmic scale potentiometer 50kOhm, 503B is linear scale potentiometr 50kOhm.
