Denon MC 3000 - Not pairing with Laptop

Hi Can anyone help. I have a MC3000 controller that was working on my Laptop, but since laptop has updated to Windows 10 I cannot get unit to work

The unit Wont recognise the laptop, when you plug USB in nothing happens

I have read forums but bit stuck any help appreciated, I have installed mc3000 drivers and asio etc. but cannot update firmware as unit will not connect to laptop.

Any advise appreciated.Is it not compatable with Windows 10?

Did you had win7 before or?

64 or 32 bit version? Get the ASIO-driver, install it, restart the labtop and then reconnect the controller. Then it should work.

Hi Thanks for reply. I think it had windows XP before I updated. The unit and laptop not used for a while as it’s my backup.

I did a restore on laptop and updated to windows 10 now computer cannot find controller/hardware. When you plug USB cable in laptop from controller nothing at all.

Thanks for the replies problem I have is computer can’t detect hardware. Because this is the reason I cannot update firmware. Any ideas anyone Thanks
