Denon DJ customer service. (Non existent)

Hi there. Can anybody offer help as to how to ACTUALLY contact Denon DJ uk? Im starting to understand why Pioneer is still the industry standard for equipment. Denon’s aftersales customer service is ATROCIOUS.

I have a broken Prime 4. After an event last weekend, the channel two fader knob got broken off. Now ive seen this happen before on here, sadly, the OP got plenty of sarcastic responses about it shouldnt happen etc from the ‘community’. Unfortunately, due to the shockingly thin and in my opinion ‘designed to fail’ slider arm, its a real possibility of it breaking off. I digress. Another DJ broke mine off mid mix, and now im left fighting a losing battle in trying to get ANY actual help in it being repaired. Also, to add insult to injury, mine suffers the relatively common intermittent deck two play button not responding issue.

Nobody is responding to help tickets, NOBODY from Inmusic is responding to emails, there is NO live chat available, and NO obvious UK repair network for Denon DJ products. In my opinion, for how much our gear costs, this is disgraceful.

I really would like some help, before i have no choice but to take a flagship piece of DJ equipment to a dodgy back street electronics repair shop to be hacked to bits with substandard replacement parts fitted.

Thanks in advance S.

Phone In-music at Ash vale.

It’s more direct than the email system.

If you bought it from an official Denon retailer you can take it back to them and they will send it to Denon DJ.

Mine did warn me to expect a long delay before it comes back though, im currently at 2 months waiting for mine. So i purchased a cheap DJ controller to see me through.

I have to agree just got my Prime 4 it refers to web chat but couldn’t find it, no tel number £2000 piece of equipment with no ability to contact for support!

Use the same number as above

It says in Denon’s T&C that your retailer is the point of contact for any issues, and they will arrange the repair.
