Can someone explain to me the purpose of the Demo tracks, which are apparently forced upon you? I asked Denon how to clear these, as the tracks are irrelevant to me and are unnecessary clutter, but they said not possible.
They are for the exact purpose they are named for, demo’s… and they have zero bearing on your DJ experience, they dont impact your library, playlists or anything else, or appear on any searches etc.

You can disable them in the menu. And indeed they’re for demo purposes.

Go to Profile → Library → Toggle Demo Content Off

@STEVE_WATLING Think of it this way. Say this out on display at your favorite local dealer, the demo tracks are embedded for this purpose. These can easiliy be disabled.
