Deck wont play normally (DENON 4+)

Hi everyone,

I got a weird situation. On my Denon prime 4, one deck wont play normally.

I only can launch a track by making SHIFT + PLAY but then i can’t pause it with my play button. It is working by pushing CUE but that’s it.

Plus, when i am pushing a HOT CUE POINT, it wont launch the track. I have to keep pressing the hot cue point so the track continue playing. but then i don’t know how to make it keep playing.

And this problem is independant from profile preferences as I have tried with no profile launched.

I think there is an option I don’t know that is making this mode but i have tried everything I know

The Hot Cue function has two modes., “Trigger” and “Momentary”. Go to Profile and select “Cue/Loops” card. Switch “Paused Hot Cue Behavior” to Trigger mode, if you need continuous playback, after push Hot Cue pad.

Momentary, playback will start from a hot cue point when you press and hold its pad—release the pad to return to the hot cue point. When set to Trigger, playback will start from a hot cue point (and continue) when you press and release its pad.
